1.Sample Policy
The samples cost and shipping cost will be charged on the client's side first, and it will be refund in the first official order (shipping cost is not included). For distributors, if there are new models available, 2 sets of samples will be sent free of charge.

2.Sales Distributor/Agent Policy
There is no sales target for the cooperation in the first year, but you can get a full support for the promotion material. Our designers can help to design the material according to your request and ideas. Win-Win mode is the relationship we are looking for our cooperation and everything can be discussed to find an agreement.

3.Product Warranty
All products have 2 years warranty from the date of shipment. Any problem items can be replaced with the brand-new ones once the pictures and videos are collected and confirm they are quality problems.

4.Product Training and Technical Support
Online support is always available with our customer team, and there is a face to face training every year once the cooperation is confirmed.

5.Hotel Software and System Integration
The software is developed to manage our door locks which cannot be considered as a hotel system. There is Interface and SDK available so that the engineers can develop the connection between our door lock software and hotel system.

6.Data Transmission
The hotel locks are standalone locks without any network connection. The data is transferred through the card. The card type is Mifare 1K (13.56MHz). There is a handheld device which helps to set up the locks easily.
